About our Crushed Concrete
Type 1 Recycled Sub Base is a mixture of crushed concrete, brick, and a small amount of asphalt. To generate a readily compacted recycled aggregate, sizes vary from 40 mm to dust.
The MOT Type 1 Recycled Sub Base is graded according to Highway Works Specification 803 (SHW 803). This is a wonderful option to the Department of Transportation Type 1 (also known as MOT) and is usually less expensive.
