Full or Partial End-of-tenancy Clearances

We provide full and partial end-of-tenancy clearances. If you let your property as partly- or fully-furnished, you may not need all the items removing from the house. We are happy to dispose of whatever articles you wish and leave the rest. You need only inform us of which items are to remain in the property. Our end-of-tenancy clearance team will see to the rest of it.

You'll usually need to have moved out by the end of your fixed term or notice period. This is different depending on what kind of tenancy you've got but you'll also need to have given your keys back at this time. It is usually stipulated in the contract that the tenant is to clean the property thoroughly before they leave, disposing of any rubbish they have left behind.

Whilst it is not compulsory to hire a professional end-of-tenancy cleaning company, it's the most efficient option as it maintains the property in the same condition. With our cleaning process, you'll be able to reduce your living costs and in turn increase your savings for the future

Wipe down the door frames. Wipe over the skirting boards. Detach all the dust from wooden furniture. Wash the windows inside and out, including the frames, sills, and ledges. Remove cobwebs, dirt, and dust. Clean and polish all surfaces. Throw all remaining rubbish away down the local rubbish dump, or hire a local waste management company, such as ourselves, to help you with that.

Our skip rental starts at £160, for rental of up to 2 weeks. For the usual home / flat departure, this size is plenty. Allowing one less thing for you to need to worry about.
