Not necessarily. If the items are accessible (e.g., on a driveway or in a garden), we can collect them without you being present. We can take payment over the phone.
Generally, no. We cannot take asbestos, large quantities of paint, or chemicals. We DO take fridges/freezers and tyres, but these incur a small surcharge for specialized recycling.
